Hi friends,

In today's briefing:

1.  Fannie May and Freddie Mac are making it to the headlines for the wrong reasons.  Reason enough for us to know about them a bit deeply.

2.  How can you say that the Left's arguments about nuclear deal -- especially their arguments about fuel supply assurances -- merely technical?

3.  Can third world countries like Rwanda have anything to offer to the more developed and developing countries?  It is a big 'yes' if you were to look at how two sections of its population reconciled after a brutal genocide.

4.  Substantial progress on HIV research.

5.  Centre about to hike the limits for Profession Tax.

That's it for today.  Happy reading.
